Fallout: New Vegas Review
The Good
- Incredibly huge and detailed world, loaded with stuff to do
- Side quests are mostly terrific and brimming with personality
- Faction reputation system leads to incredible flexibility
- Great atmosphere, in and out of the Vegas Strip
- Your choices have palpable consequences.
The Bad
- Absolutely swarming with disastrous bugs
- Some quests are not enjoyable
- Main story isn't compelling.
The console version of the PC megahit lacks fluidity, though it's still fun in its own right.
The Good
- Maintaining the everyday lives of your sims is fun and addictive
- Charming animations and sound effects
- Some nice console-specific additions.
The Bad
- Loading times and jittery performance constantly intrude on the fun.
